Level 1 Certification
In this flagship program you will activate an understanding of how rhythm, music, note structures, numbers, and the use of wide open spaces all work together to enhance meditation experiences.

The Level 2 Program has been specifically designed as a second tier, towards gaining completion of your RhythmMeditations Master Level Certification.
Level 2 includes 2 Self Paced Intermediate Videos, 3 Audio Downloads, 1 Bonus MP3 Covering Jim's eBook "The Rhythm of Meditation", and 1 45 Minute Live Sessions for Q&A and further theoretical discussion.
All Level 2 Participants will receive their Level 2 Certification at completion.

Level 3 Program includes 3 Advanced Self Pace Videos, 3 Audio Downloads, 1 Additional Audio MP3 on the clinical aspects of Jim's eBook "The Rhythm of Meditation", 2 Bonus 45 Minute Live Zoom Sessions covering theory and Q&A.
